Meet Suzan

Estate Planning & Elder Law Attorney

I have been practicing law since 1986, serving clients in Virginia, West Virginia, Florida, and Texas. With experience in estate planning, elder law, and probate matters, I am known for my straightforward approach and ability to make complex legal issues understandable. I am detail-oriented and committed to guiding you through all aspects of estate planning.

I graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington and Texas Tech University School of Law. I have built my career around helping clients prepare for the future with confidence. Whether you’re planning for yourself, your family, or handling the estate of a loved one, my services are tailored to your unique needs.

In addition to my legal work, I maintain active involvement in the Winchester Chapter of American Association of University Women and am on the board of the Laurel Ridge Community College Educational Foundation. I have also authored several legal books including Wills, Trusts and Estates Administration, now in its 5th edition and published by Prentice Hall/Pearson. In my free time, I enjoy making soup to share with others, reading, gardening, going to art museums, attending music shows and theater, and traveling.
